As soon as I lay on a floor, I felt a vortex of energy. I think that comes from my newest crystals from Arkansas. It just felt so good, I felt that I could just lay there forever even without the Hematite Shield. Then Jeff started to lay Hematite Shield around. The 1st time, I had Hematite Shield done, I felt a lot of energy in my hands. This time, I did feel a lot of energy in my hands in the beginning. However, after few minutes, I really felt the warmth in my sacral chakra. It continued until the session was over. I really enjoy staying in a Hematite Shield.
